  : The rooms were big and the bed was very comfy
  : Dirty clothes left in the bathroom from a previous guest, Hole in the bathroom wall from the door handle. Cook top was a nice feature but unless you brought your own pots pans utencils is was totally worthless. Was also charged for my stay when it was paid in full in April.

  : Location of Hotel was great. Easy access to major highway. Staff were friendly.
  : Upon arriving in room, discovered refrigerator was not operating. Front desk responded immediately and reset wall breaker switch. When frig operated it was extremely noisy and sounded like it was in need of repair. Frig failed in the night, taking out the entire kitchen electrical outlets. Reset of breaker unsuccessfull. Items in frig were warm including medicine. Ice packs were not frozen which impacted our travel cooler and medicine cooler for next days travel. Coffee pot was dirty with dried hardened coffee. We had to clean it before using. For $175.00/night very disappointing! Unfortunately we booked the same hotel on our return trip. Would not have returned to this hotel otherwise!

  : They had recently put new tvs in some of the rooms and my remote did not work and the person on staff could not fix it...also no ice machine or breakfast

  : The location was nice.
  : For an extended stay place and the cost of the room, we asked for silverware and we had to pay for it. Then we noticed you had to pay for most everything. Breakfast was there but it was prep packaged foods from a freezer that had to be warmed up and you had to call the front desk in advance to get them. This experience could be someone’s cup of tea but for a one night stay w a family traveling out west, we would pass on this place. So weird! How pays for silverware?
