  : The lady working the front desk, Stephanie, was the best. Friendly, professional, helpful, full of knowledge, a real joy to talk to. The breakfast was always hot, breakfast room always clean. The Staff that cleaned the room left the rooms looking like no one had stayed there. Clean rooms, bed made, bathroom clean, outstanding job!!!
  : This place had just had a major rework, everything was new and there were a few glitches. Internet Password did not work the first time I tried it, The T V cable was always going off, I had to reboot the HDMI cable box every 30 to 45 minutes. Luckly I was out doing stuff and did not have much chance to watch TV. There were other minor glitches, but again Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful.

  : The hotel was very clean, as was the room. The bed itself was also comfortable enough and the free coffee was free coffee.
  : I booked this hotel for two reasons, one, the pool looked nice. Two, I was able to pay a little more to book a Studio Suite that had a kitchenette and lots of space. Traveling with a new baby this was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere to wash bottles, set her bassinet up, etc.Well, the pool was out of service our entire stay, and we didn't get the room we paid for. We're staying in several hotels this trip, and I suddenly realized the morning after we arrived that this was the hotel that was supposed to be our suite with the kitchenette!Too much of a hassle to switch rooms now, I asked the front desk if perhaps we could just be refunded the difference, since we were put in the lower level room, and I had paid $20 more a night for the studio suite. I was told "Oh, it's ok, you were upgraded to a double queen! It's an upgrade! The regular queen suite only has one bed!"Wonderful! My four month old can have her own queen bed I guess! What a treat!"I'm sorry, it's not an 'upgrade' if I paid for it when I booked. And it's not an 'upgrade' when the room I booked is more expensive than the one you gave me." I say."Yep, right here!" He says pointing at the computer, "upgraded due to overbooking. All the rooms are suites now!" He happily cheers, certain he's convinced me."I didn't book a suite, I booked a STUDIO suite." I say."It's fine, that room just has an extra counter space and sink, and one less bed! You had two beds!" He says almost giddy about how lucky I was for the bed we let our luggage sleep on.By now we were behind schedule for our long trip so I had to smile, and be on my way. So, maybe consider staying at one of the 30 nearby hotels.Also, breakfast is essentially some form of bread and a warm apple if you want it. And the entire hotel was out of soap. No hand soap, no body soap.
