  : Everything! This rental is currently on the market for sale and the lack of interest by the owner is very apparent. The advertised "two queen beds" is inaccurate - one queen, barely comfortable, one full (mattress/box spring) totally uncomfortable and noisy. Unit was not ready for occupancy upon arrival (although not the fault of the over-worked cleaning person who did a spectacular job getting it ready for us). Cooking utensils are showing their age, as well as the leather sofas. Toilets and shower unit were stained beyond cleaning efforts. Additionally, the "complicated" shower unit came with no instructions for use. The oven had not been cleaned in a while. The shades on the windows were torn and worn and came apart when trying to lower and raise them. Questions to the Owner through Booking.com before arrival went unanswered in the 24 hour advertised window. Attempts to contact Booking.com Support/Help service were impossible and never answered. The one decent item - the Samsung flat screen tv that helped reduce our misery...

  : Shower, couches comfortable, structure and layout were sound
  : Cat urine in the house and in ridiculously tiny vaccuum cleaner wreaked of cat urine. No dustpan or functional vaccuum, cheap utensils & toilet paper. Under beds extremely dusty (clearly had not been cleaned), abandoned trailer in back yard.
