  : We were the first guests in the one bedroom appartment. We really enjoyed our one week vacation. The appartment is nicely furnished and after the recent reconstruction. There is a nice balcony with the view. The internet connectivity worked without any problem. Also we were pleased witht the smartTV. The kitchen got all the equipment including dish washer, microwave oven, fridge and coffee machine. The beds were comfortable including the sofa convertable to the bed. The location was really good as well, next to the supermarket and as well in central location. The apartment was quiet and there was no noise from the road. The parking was very easy and we used to drive by car towards Rittersberg area for skiing (4-5 minutes drive). The swiming pool is a walking distance from the appartment. In summary we can recomend the apartment and we would stay again in the facility.
  : The keys pick up location is approximately 10 minutes driving distance (in Schladming). If you go there, ensure you park the car next to the office. We parked for elss then 10 minutes 50 metres from the office and and ended up with the parking ticket. The procedure to register and get the keys was rather fast.

  : Kitchen work surface limited as not enough space for food preparation , coffee maker very big for space!Would have been helpful to have a low table in front of settee for drinks/ food etc. No indication on arrival at property which entrance to use. ski/boot drying room not for downhill ski equipment.
