  : The appliances were in poor condition and did not work. The overall condition of the floor was dirty. Ceiling panels were hanging from the ceiling.

  : The location was far enough off of the highway which made it a nice quiet spot. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone but I felt safe. I was only there one night and I enjoyed my stay.
  : I was in a handicap room which was fine but the shower curtain wasn’t low enough to keep the water from going out onto the floor. I had to mop up water with towels. The water pressure was low so my shower took longer to feel like I got all of the soap off.

  : Location and visual appeal.
  : Absent (very slow to come to the desk) and emotionless office attendant, and our room was ROACH INFESTED!! Woke up with one even in bed with me!! Absolutely horrific!! Saw several more running in under the door to the hallway. You just don't expect to see this in a modern inn. Tried to complain to the office, but could never catch anyone there regardless of the time of day or night.

  : Wish there were snacks or drinks somewhere in the location. And didn’t know breakfast was offered. But everything else was so nice.

  : I liked the room.
  : I didn't like the staff. They was unable to change my room to a 2-bed given that it was on a tuesday on as per staff, there were plenty of rooms available. I had to contact booking.com which took about 30 minutes to get them to change my room.

  : We chose to stay at this hotel as it was it was on the cheaper end, and we were a longer-term stay. The AC in the rooms is good and the countertop stove worked, and bathroom was clean. There was an assortment of dishes to use and made it, so I did not have to eat out constantly.
  : Our room was disgusting. I found several roaches within our room, despite the window opening less than 3 inches. When I did open my window to get a breath of fresh air the area REEKED of marijuana. There was dog hair all over the room prior to arrival and when asked to schedule a cleaning of the room to clean said dog hair, I was treated like an inconvenience. While i was hanging my jacket in the closet I found a bit of dried dog poop. When I told staff our dishwasher was not working a maintenance official arrived the next day and said, "Just don’t use it".

  : Staff rude and difficult to locate. No hair dryers in room and none at front desk to loan as promised. Loud, poor parking and parking lot dark. Facilities dated and dirty.

  : The first room was dirty and the second one wasn't too better. The air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet near one of the beds. Very disappointed. Thank goodness we didn't have to spend much time in the room.
