: We had a great weekend at Poarta Retezat. The accommodation is lovely, with a great view from the living room towards the mountains. It is a nice and warm place which is very well equipped (dishwasher, BBQ, etc.). It has plenty of space and 3 fully equipped bathrooms.
: The cabin is highly used and could need a makeover. The bathrooms are a little moldy, the walls could need some fresh paint... but these are just some minor topics. Also, the heating and warm water supply needs to be improved... for 10 people it could be difficult.

: The most important was the location, you just have to "jump" over the fence and you are on the slope. Very cozy place, big fireplace and very well heated.
: Cell signal was missing completely, only Telekom is working. At least in our room, the "full" bed was 2 single beds put together.

: The place is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big, spacious and very nice. The living room is very cozy. Except for some parts of the kitchen you could really notice the effort put into the small details that make a place unique.
: The dishwasher was almost falling apart. The fridge had no light and it was freezing some food. Some more cutlery is needed, the forks and knives were not enough for a bigger group. One bedroom had two big closets but they were full with pillows and linnen, it would have been nice that at least one was usable. Some curtains would be nice in the same bedroom since the street light was visible through the wooden shades.
