  : Scammers!not a 5star no chance. Only 2-3star max. No hot water, dirty, very loud guests, dont take breakfast!!! No food , they brought us omlete, never asked what we wanted , salad with it came was rotten... we didint agree to eatit, and asked if they could bring a crossant instead it with a coffee- the waitresssaidokay but never came back. We asked to refund money forbreakfast becauseit was bo possible to eat it they said they cant. The same person works at thereception,in restourant and does other things... avoid! Everywhere was so dirty it was discusting to toich, for example tea spoons were so greasy !

  : Oh well. I was a bit worried to make a booking when I red the recent comments. But I thought I give it a go since the location suited me more than perfect. After when I made a booking I was informed that there is no hot water and I was given a option to cancel the booking for free or they give me a a discount price. I took the discount since there is a heat wave in Riga so most Probably I will take cold shower anyway. So no problem. Room was good size and the double bed good king size and very comfortable. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable and in the shower there was good water pressure. The location of the hotel in the middle of the old town is excellent.
  : But then the public areas and especially the lobby needs a good clean up. Also in the corridors would be good idea to collect empty water bottles and candy papers from the floor daily. Also to wipe lift buttons and class daily. These little things would make a total difference. Breakfast was served plated. Cheese filled croissant and fried eggs and thats it. It was tasty. Of course I dont know what has happened this hotel but you can see it has been a very good hotel but something is really wrong. On the other hand the price I paid I should not be complaining at all. With that price Ive seen worse and I really hope what ever problems this property is facing they get them sorted because there is huge potential.

  : Unfortunatelly there was no hot water in the bathroom, ventilation was not working and also conditioner/cooling was not working. Stuff was quite passive, so no "good morning" or any other greetings from the Reception Desk wgen passing it. Also it would be good to remove sigarettes butts on the street right on the front of main entrance.

  : There was no hot water and only be informed on the check in, did Ofer me money back or luxury suite, but in the last minute I could not find anywhere else to stay and very tired from my trip, I had to accept and still was missing drinks, glasses was dirty, was two beds in one and not comfortable for a luxury suite, we asked a receptionist for water to drink and I had a answer they dont have water for the rooms and for sure didnt understand English language on 5star hotel its really bad.

  : All Very bad experience, I couldnt stay there for a minute. The smell was horrible, dirty room, they didnt know how to speak in english, they couldnt understand me. I wanted a refund and they refused to give me.
