  : Lovely quiet area of Normandy, extremely friendly and helpful staff although the language barrier did throw up a few challenging conversations. However the reception were very accommodating. The grounds and communal areas were very well kept and clean.
  : We didn't appreciate the cleaners turning up 45 minutes before our checkout appointment as we were still getting ready to leave and couldn't use the facilities once she had started. The room could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. We had to rewash a lot of tableware and cookware prior to using them, although this may be down to previous occupants we still feel they should of been checked, there was also quite a lot of dirt between the cushions on the sofa bed. When your charged 50 for cleaning you'd expect a much better service.

  : Apartment itself was very nice and clean. Nice kitchen with all the usual utensils etc. good parking facilities close to residential accommodation. loads of tennis courts on site.
  : My unit was right outside the rubbish disposal unit so could sometimes be smelly during hot weather. Also small outside space which looks out over main road in the town in front of rubbish disposal so not very usable. Could have done with better instructions on arrival around towels and bed linen etc. Would have also been good to provide basic kitchen washing up kit (sponge, soap, disposable dishcloth and dishwasher tabs)

  : The place was super clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.
  : The swimming pools are rather small having un mind the number of people which can fit in the hotel.
