: A lovely warm welcome and our host was so helpful with information about the area plus a map, all given along with a delicious glass of home made lemonade with mint.Nothing was too much trouble plus the view from our room was fantastic (think it's the same for all other rooms too!).
: A slight downside to having fantastic views is that it's a 10 minute walk down to pylos central square.. However, you have a reserved parking space at the hotel and there is plentiful parking in Pylos if you do not want the exercise!

: My room was large and comfortable with plenty of light, a breeze, a nice kitchenette, and good WiFi. The view from the small balcony was excellent. Best of all, the host was very friendly and helpful, showing me things to do in the area and recommending routes for my next destination.
: Too noisy. The main street just below the rooms is quite busy all day and into the night. The balcony is not at all private, I was shoulder to shoulder with the family in the adjacent room and their very loud child. On Friday night, there was very loud music in the town square plus politicians speaking due to elections the next day. It was so loud at the room that it was unpleasant to sit outside, and I had to close all the windows and doors to block the sound so I could sleep. Still, I'd stay here again for a night while passing through.
