  : We stay here every year as it is close to town and not on a busy street. The staff is very friendly and polite. A golf cart was available per our request.When we had a concern Maintenance was quick to respond .
  : The apartment bathroom was small and did not have enough towel hooks and the grout in the floor needed a good scrubbing.There was no broom in the apartment to sweep floor.There was only a nightstand beside the beds. It would have been nice to have something to set our luggage on besides the floor.The refrigerator was not working; however it was replaced with a new one.

  : The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet. The few items provided for a light breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the reasonably priced golf cart for 3 days during our excursions.
  : I wish there was an indoor sitting other than the room.

  : No coffee pot in room we weren't told about breakfast hours. So we missed breakfast and couldn't get a cup of coffee had to walk about a half mile or so to buy 2 cups of so so coffee for almost $10 a cup the taxi never showed up then after an hour and a half another taxi company happen to pull up and just randomly asked if me needed a ride luckily to get to the ferry

  : The lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing. We came up for Jeep invasion an we decided to take out doors off. Instead of carrying them up to our room she let us put them in conference room. I couldn’t ask for a better staff. See ya next year!!

  : I love location.It is quiet! Close to downtown. Having 2 bedroom and common area is greatLandscape was much nicer than last year.
  : Beds, couches, furniture needs updatedNo available bartenders at pool. Not that I drink much at all, but it would have been nice to have one drink with my family at pool since you are not able to enter with a drink! There use to be chairs outside front doors that were nice while waiting or meeting others. Very stingy with toilet paper.

  : Location, having a pool and the convenience of golf cart rental service.
  : The suite was very dated and not very clean. There was very little furniture and what was there was very uncomfortable. The night stands in the bedrooms were old and worn. There was no place to put clothing except for a small clothes rack in the one bedroom. The rooms had a musty odor. The ceiling in the kitchen had mold spots. The walls had places where drywall needed to be repaired and painted. The kitchen tile had grout that was very dirty. The stove had burnt food in the oven. The air conditioning units were very loud so you had to turn the television up to be able to hear it. The deadbolt lock on the front door was loose. I paid$466 a night and expected at least to have a clean and comfortable place to stay.

  : I like the location, off the well traveled path so its quite and relaxing. The front staff and cleaning crew were very friendly
  : Its obvious that maintenance of the facility is lacking. While the rooms were clean the carpets are old and dirty, you can't walk around barefoot, most of the electrical outlets did not work, and the dishwasher was not even installed correctly so we were hesitant to use any appliances. The hottub was not functional and halfway full., I would think for the price that more care would be put into the facility
