  : We arrived at our hotel finding out it was all boarded up and not opened since the hurricane. We had 4 rooms booked so what were are chances of getting 4 rooms on a Sunday morning at a different hotel in this area. Was very angry and stressed out as I was the one who made the booking and now we had no hotel rooms together and it ruined our vacation. I think it is terrible that you can book us to rooms that aren't there. Do you not check the hotels that you do bookings for especially after a hurricane in November?? I tried to contact the hotel earlier in the week and the telephone just rang and rang. I finally was able to talk to someone with your customer service on Sat and explained to him that I was worried about not being able to contact the hotel directly but he assured me that our rooms were confirmed and that I had nothing to worry about. BOY, WAS HE WRONG. I believe we should be compensated for the inconvenience and stress of not having 4 rooms at the hotel.

  : I booked online and took Uber from airport, and found out they have been closed. It was past 7 in the evening and I had nowhere to stay.

  : I have never been so totally SCREWED!!!!! You people booked me into a uninhabitable facility that had been destroyed by a hurricane 5 months earlier. It was criminal to do that to me and I would bring legal action if I knew the process. I don't know how your company would no know that this was NOT a functioning

  : well, the hotel has been closed due to hurricane ian damage for 8 month. yet you let me book it and sent me a reminder days prior to my visit. i had to find alternate housing which was 40 minutes away and over 200 more in cost. please reimburse me for the added expenses.
