  : Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean throughout. Excellent choice at breakfast. All in all I cannot fault much at this hotel.
  : The pool area sunbeds are not very comfortable. There are 'Balinese Style' beds and these ARE very comfortable but you must pay for these beds - although it is reasonable value as you get food and drink throughout the day - it is probably an additional expense that most would not take every day.

  : Lovely small, friendly hotel with large hotel facilities.Situation is perfect; level walking to very good restaurants and shops near by.Always lots of things to watch with the ferries on the doorstep.Would thoroughly recommend, and we may well return.....

  : Great location and friendly staff.
  : Should either be all inclusive or just breakfast . Non alcoholic should be. Included in price. It was annoying that some hotel guests reserved pool loungers and staff did not enforce rules made it feel like unless you were a returning guest you were not as valued as others.

  : Brilliant location and potentially supoerb small hotel, but lacks in several ways - see below.
  : When we arrived, having booked 3 rooms, 2 as double and one single as a double, the single was totally unacceptable, tucked in a corner with 2 single beds. According to the hotel all rooms are the same - not true - we checked. Attitude was very unhlepful and dishonest, you are alone so this room should be fine. However we had booked and paid the full rate for a double with single occupancy. The hotel eventually conceded and found a suitable room, but nowhere near the other two. We strongly feel we are owed compensation for 2 nights for the error/unprfessional treatment. Having travelled a lot over the years internationally, this is the first time I have ever been asked to pay for my room on arrival. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel at this level and in particular when booked through Booking.com. Hotel dinner is until 9.00 pm. We arrived at 8.30, but they would not let us in. Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired being a canteen style self service. Food was very average and disappointing apart from the freshly cooked meat and fish. Maybe the restaurants outside present too much competition, they are certainly infinitely better. Staff, apart from reception, were excellent, friendly and efficient. Hotel has a rule banning the saving of sunbeds by leaving towels, they should enforce it! Fabulous hotel, not well run but with tremendous potential. We would stay there again, but only if we could get a room on a bed and breakfast basis and in the hope that the management would have sorted themselves out by then!.

  : The location, in an old village, is gorgeous and very charming. The buffet was great as well, varied and well cooked. The balcony with a view to the beach and the sea was also very pleasant, as were the complementary water, tea and coffee.
  : We stumbled upon 2 cockroaches. One in the room and another in the balcony. The umbrellas in the pool were unkempt and I had to fix them myself for shade. The pool chairs are also extremely uncomfortable. For a 4 star hotel, I found service was in the lacking with too many strict rules (we had to take coffee to the room on a paper cup, no possibility to bring a friend to the rooftop bar, which was almost empty every night, the pool bar didn't serve you 5 minutes after it closed at an early 5 pm, cleaning of the room at 14h40 was not possible because staff ends service at 15h...). One day, there weren't towels left to use in the pool. The person in charge couldn't care less. There's no fitness room and even access to the spa is an extra! Also, as my luggage was lost I asked for a toothbrush...but the hotel didn't have any. In comparison to other hotels in Gran Canaria of the same rate, it was very disappointing. I suppose it might be convenient for seniors, who wake very early, as staff is extremely loud and wakes you up before 9 am while cleaning other rooms.
