  : So many small issues; lack of keys to doors, lack of cleaning products, lack of clothes pegs to hang clothes, no air con or fan etc etc etc. None major but all add up but the big problem was no hot water for 9 days. Unacceptable

  : The property is a ten minute walk from the centre of Puerto calero, the last part of the hill is very steep. Taxis are available a quarter of the way up the hill, but often a long wait and non at all on several occasions. There is a lot of internal and external space with views of the mountains and sea in the distance (apartment 8) Excellent WiFi in every room.
  : Despite it being on the confirmation and promised at check in we did not receive any replacement towels or sheets nor was the apartment cleaned during our weeks stay, we never saw anyone to chase this up. There is no heating and it was very cold the whole time we were there. We felt while the apartment and terraces were nice they were desperately in need of an upgrade. The metal sink in the downstairs bathroom was very industrial looking and the shower in the upstairs bathroom was too high with a very poor flow of water. The bedding and many of the utensils were poor quality and well worn. Many of the light fittings had bulbs missing and the ones that were there didnt match. There was lots of outdoor furniture but it was all old and tatty looking. Without a tremendous amount of expense and effort the apartment could be improved and upgraded to a much higher standard.

  : The location was quiet and relaxing. The property has a good view (villa 7) and is well set out. There is a traditional Spanish feel to the property. The bedding was changed half way through a two week holiday and the towels three times.
  : The pool filter was very noisy through the night. There were cobwebs on the chair legs and the settees were uncomfortable for a prolonged period. The TV only had one useful channel.

  : Great location - ten minutes walk from the marina. Spacious, clean and airy accommodation on two levels (two of us in a two-bedroom villa) with two patios so you could follow the sun throughout the day. Sunset views from the top patio were fantastic. Owner Lourdes was a great communicator and met us at the property. She was friendly and helpful. We had a late afternoon flight home so she kindly allowed us to check out later (12 instead of 10) which meant we had a more relaxing departure day. Very accommodating.
  : A minor gripe - the property has a small external fixed airer, which is great, but as cyclists we had a lot of laundry to dry and an additional freestanding one would be a bonus so you could move it indoors at night.

  : Location. Size of villa. Privacy. Own pool. Cleanliness. Staff. Lovely bed/bedding comfortable. Washing machine & hairdryers were a bonus. Great to have bath & hand towels supplied. Cleaner lovely & Lourdes our host was exceptional. Would definitely go back again.
  : Pool a bit too cold (end of January) still managed a length or two. Shower great. Rusty plug in bath.

  : Fabulous location in a beautiful quiet spot. Fabulous size apartment and very private. Could be a fantastic apartment. Outside utility area and pool area a great space but if more than 4 staying there would need more chairs and outside seating.
  : The property is dated and needs modernising. Seating area in lounge very uncomfortable. Lack of lamps in bedrooms and lounge. Electrical sockets concealed and loose and en-suite shower not working properly and other bathroom shower very slippy. A welcome pack/starter pack should be provided. Crockery and cutlery very limited and poor quality
