  : We had a reservation and arrived at 3:10. However, there was no room and we have to wait 35 minutes. There was no apology. We asked the housekeeper for extra towels, but they said busy and bring them later, which did not.Most vending machines and dryers were OUT OF ODER.

  : Bathtub had dirty footprints, bugs as soon as you walk in the building. Stuff splattered on ceiling. Couldn't change AC setting. Blankets were as thick as sheets. It was extremely noisy and foot traffic at all hours of the night. People didn't sleep here and we weren't able to either.

  : Property kept the swimming pool open a little longer than normal hours. Kids loved it and it was great after a long day of driving.
  : Didn’t like that the plumbing wasn’t working.

  : 1st I paid $2500 for a mth stay..on the 30th day I'm late 30 minutes on check out and u guys charged me 25 for it. told it's policy but isn't it also policy to have working ice machines,working air conditioning that doesn't scream in the middle of the night, toilets that flush,showers that drain,microwaves that work???...pool that doesn't have a green slim growing on it..I even helped the owner move furniture into a room and this is thanks I get.theres drugs in every corner..the back stairs are a law suit waiting to hapoen.u guys charged me 150 for a dog that stayed 4 nights and refuse to refund the rest..you guys took a 100 for damage deposit and kept it cause the room was a little dirty ..nothing damaged or stolen just need to be vacuumed cause in 30 days they never once gave me new linens or any sort of house keeping,the wanna be goth front desk lady was nothing but rude and ripped me off..you guys should rip your name from the place...I've stayed at several of your hotels and have never had a nightmare experience like I did here....and I'm far from done...I'm Google reviewing it ,Travelocity....anything I can find to WARN people to stay clear of this complete and utter S@#$ HOLE.
