  : perfect location for us -- a mile away from Ptown Commercial area, so quiet when we wanted it; but easy to reach festive area. The condo was very clean, comfy, pretty, met all of our needs -- nice shower, great AC, large fridge, quiet. Very close to beach -- a quick walk across the street to a lovely very uncrowded bay beach. And loved being able to use the pool at the hotel next door. Neighbors friendly. Inside and outside just lovely.
  : Would have liked more toilet paper and more paper towels -- a little skimpy on both, and SO easy to fix!! Our garbage got very full and we didn't have instructions as to what to do with garbage. Also, so easy to fix! Would have liked instructions regarding using TV.

  : Space is great. TV was easy to figure out and shower options are very fun. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to feel quiet when you come home.
  : Only one roll of toilet paper and no coffee in stock (normally we places at least have instant coffee in the cubbard).

  : The furnishings were comfortable. The balcony and outdoor furniture was great. It was very clean. Communication with VACASA was excellent. Location was great.
  : There was no place to hang clothes. I don't need a closet, just a hook on the back of a door would have been nice. It was advertised as having a sea view from the balcony, this is not true at all.

  : No table to sit at to eat. Furniture pretty shabby. Not even a full roll of toilet paper included in price over $3400. I called LINDA who said shed drop some off . I guess she forgot, never showed.

  : There was no breakfast. You did not have any information available in the condo for me to utilize the television. It was unclear that you turned off the water heater, I called for a repairman for no reason. The breaker was turned off. I found an old loose leaf notebook between the couch and the end table on the floor. It had one contact, old menus, and no info about the garbage or condo rules. The contact was "Linda" and she told me she hasn't worked for the company for over two years, that she was residing in Washington state. The condo itself was clean. The bathroom shower and bidet was good but the water pressure was poor. The televisions in the bedroom were not connected to any internet or antenna and did not work. Your view of the ocean did not exist although your advertising implied that I had a balcony with a view of the beach. The stove was slightly tricky and I figured it out, but it was not vented and when I broiled a steak, the smoke detector went off and there was no manual control and I disturbed my neighbors because I had to wait for the smoke to dissipate for the smoke detector to stop alarming. I strongly recommend that you invest in and install an exhaust fan for the stove. These are all easy fixes. Your location is nice and you would do well to give some info and provide the renter with some general info

  : The tub was slow to drain. So we felt self conscious about how the tub looked but it was slow to drain.

  : we had a lot of trouble with key code that did not work and did not receive a new one, we got help to get a regular key and then operated with one key then which was a bit of a hassle to work
  : sending a new key code would have helped
