  : Good space around villa with garden and patio
  : Bit of a walk to the beach but happy with the villa and for a couple of nights the pool next door was low on water causing the pump to be a bit noisy.

  : Self-check-in and self-arrival was very comfortable. Area is vert queit, terrirtorty of the property clean and properly arranged. inside interior is a bit older than on pics, but still pleasant. Clean swimming pool, nice sunbeds around. All necessary equipment and kitchen utencils.
  : The A/C in the living room is very small and is not enought to cool all dining / living area and the kitchen. There are no lokers/keys in the toilets/bathrooms - all doors remain open.

  : Everything about this villa! We arrived on 10th March for 1 week as an adult family holiday (10 adults, hiring both this villa and it's sister villa, next door)It really was like a home from home, plenty of room, both within and outside the villa (the grounds). The staff couldn't help enough when messaged, extremely prompt and responsive at replying to any enquiries. The staff really catered for us, particularly on our last day, allowing us to check out at 4pm instead of 12, as everywhere had closed due to the current situation with COVID-19. Despite Cyprus closing everywhere down on Sunday 15th March, we still had a great remaining few days in the villa, with everything you need being available (right down to every utensil you could require to make great food and even bake).The location is great, on a flat service with no hills to climb and approximately 5-10 minute walk into the main strip of Protaras. Within a 1 minute walk you have "nicks bottle shop" (really is as their advertisement states, cheapest alcohol and cigarettes on the island). Also within a 5 minute walk to the "Malmia" bar, with lovely staff, and great breakfast served. There are other places nearby that we're not open whilst we were in Cyprus due to us arriving out of season, i.e. KFC. We will definately be returning!
  : There wasn't really anything that we as a family did not like. The hot water for showers was a little hit and miss, despite using the power for the heater. Though the first couple to use the shower in the morning was fine, perhaps because there were six adults within the villa, but this really did not affect our stay. Can not see this being the case within the summer months, as the sun helps with the assisted heating.
