  : Had a relaxing family stay in this spacious private apartment fully equipped with all amenities. Plenty of space for four people, private parking, umbrella, seats, towels and toys for the beach to use, veranda, a shared small pool for quick dips. Great bookshelf. Supermarkets are not too far away.
  : The upscale Anglo-American furniture does not reflect the local culture at all, but was comfortable and fine. The gated community setting (as in all of the very artificial settlement of Princeville) is rather weird for Europeans like us, but as the apartment was at the very edge of the community, we didn't feel too embedded or had to look at 20 identical houses. - The house's architecture / details are not adapted to the local climate - ventilation is not optimal and it can get quite hot in the upper level. (A/C is not common or usually needed on the island)

  : The location was great .. easy to get to Princeville, Hanalei and many beaches. The gated community was very well kept, quiet and peaceful. Great parking and the condo was very spacious with a nice floor plan.
  : The only thing we had trouble with was keeping the upstairs cool. It may have been the time of year we visited (September-October), but there were times it was hard to get good air flow through the condo. An upstairs AC unit would be very helpful during those times. When sitting outside on the lanais, which we loved, the air felt much better and looking at the moon and stars in the evening was lovely.
