  : Hosts were a distant company who couldn't/ didn't do anything to resolve problems. We booked because it had a hot tub... when it wasn't hot, host didn't respond at first, then said basically "it's not our job, and there's nothing we can do." Wrong answer; right answer is, "we are sorry that is happening, we will try to resolve it, and if we fail, we will talk to the owner about a 20% refund for not providing the key amenity." If you want someone to care or be there for you, don't rent here. But it was among the cheaper options. Also, the shower ledge was filthy; hiring short cleaners does not absolve you from cleaning windows and sills. I honestly think the owner should fire this management company if they want guests to feel taken care of.
