  : Terrible customer service, only one working shower but paid for two, cockroaches and ant problems, terrible parking, uncomfortably hot in unit, walk to Anini beach wasnt easy, would not stay here again!!!

  : Ants, apartment wasnt ready on time, a few things in the apartment needed to be fixed.

  : The 2nd shower was entirely unusable as the shower controls were not even affixed to the wall upon arrival. No communication of this issue was provided up front, they only admitted to it after I contacted them. Service person said new parts were needed and thus it was not fixable for the entire duration of our stay. The property only offered $150 refund (we spent over $1800), we negotiated and got $250. But then they dinged us $50 for a parking pass that would I offered to mail back to them while still on the island.

  : Very comfortable and spacious condo. The host sent us information immediately upon booking and we had the directions and access code without a problem. One bedroom on the ground floor, another bedroom on the second floor and a third bed in the second floor sleeping loft. There is no AC but we were perfectly comfortable as there are plenty of fans provided. Even if it was a warm afternoon, by evening there were cooling breezes and it rained every night we were there. The kitchen is nice and newly updated with everything we needed. We did not use or even see the pool, and we didn't discover the beach access trail until our last day. We would not hesitate to recommend it or stay there again.
  : We had to call the management office for the parking pass. There was conflicting info about it as either the email or the book in the condo (can't remember which) said the parking pass would already be in the condo when we arrived. It wasn't that big a deal as it was tacked to the door within an hour or two of calling. We wouldn't have known we needed the pass if we hadn't thoroughly read through all the emails. I would recommend the host put that info at the top of all the information, after the directions and access code, as a parking violation ($50) would be a downer.
