  : Firstly, the staff was very helpful, since we needed to have some food put in a refrigerator and ice packs put in the freezer. The facilities were very nice.
  : This location had air conditioning ( since it was 35C when we arrived), but for some reason they were very frugal about us using it. The AC was set not to go lower than 23C, which was fine, but for some reason they turned off our AC about midnight and it was off all night. It was very uncomfortable in our room. I've never stayed at a hotel or bed/breakfast that rationed the AC. Also, the breakfast was not included in the price, which was a bit strange since it was a Bed & Breakfast.

  : Absolutely no traffic noise. Very nice bathroom. Affordable a la carte breakfast.
  : Booked room with balcony - but did not get one, only a 1m2 window. The balconys of the rooms that had them did not look like they were meant to be used (no furniture). Very echo-y and therefore noisy hallway - the room door offers no sound isolation at all. The walls are drywall. You'll go to sleep with you neighbors and get up with them.

  : good location. very quiet. just a few meters away from a walking trail and river(bed) (good, e.g., if you are travellingwith a dog). very friendly staff and clean rooms. we had dinner one evening at the restaurant. simple, good food. the wine from the agriturismo was very good. breakfast was ok. not a big choice on the menui.e., typical italian breakfast items. distance to udine just a 10-15 minute drive.

  : The owners were very friendly and tried to help with everything they could. They have very nice wines as well. The room was spatuous and comfortable.
