  : Location was good and quiet, handy kitchen with cereal supplied. Woke up at 7.30 room was cold heating did not come on by the time I left at 8.30.
  : Under the bed was thick with dust and items of clothing left behind by other guests.

  : The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and excellent toilet facilities.
  : The main problem was lack of communication and finding the rooms in the first place. There is no signs or indications outside the property of the address and I had to go into the Adelphi Pub to ask where they were. I then went into an off licence to ask if they knew where the property was and it was there I managed to obtain the keys to the room. I also requested booking in at 10:00 in the morning as i had to go to a funeral and didn't get a response to this request, therefore I ended up only booking in late at night.

  : Perfect location, seemless checking in. Comfy bed and communal kitchen was handy.
  : Not enough cups in the kitchen and only one towel in the room. I did message once we realised but not enough time to get another towel as we were checking out a couple of hours later.
