: Beautiful views, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Pool and beach were nice. Pizza restaurant was good.
: Felt subpar for what we paid- this was the splurge of our honeymoon and was the most disappointing place we stayed. The room had a great view and patio but was very bare bones. The upscale restaurant was the only bad meal we had on our three week trip- neither of us could finish our food.

: The location and views were outstanding - if anything, better than the website was able to convey. Views both towards Praiano and in the other direction towards Positano, from different parts of the hotel are just mesmerising! The height above the sea is incredible - thank goodness for the lift to the beach club. The rooms were very nice too, and the terrace by the bar was lovely. The staff were also really helpful and welcoming (apart from the restaurant manager)
: The hotel restaurants are all super-expensive (even for this type of hotel) and not good value for money - and the food was OK, but not that special. The waiters also didn't know about wine at all and tried to palm us off with a very different and unpleasant wine from the one we asked for (but was no longer available). We chose to travel to Praiano for dinner! The taxis around Amalfi coast are also ridiculously expensive (and I come from London!!) - 40 euros for a 10 minute ride to Positano... This isn't the hotel's fault but this will put a lot of tourists off. At least the hotel does provide a free shuttle service in the evening to Praiano (but would be good to extend this to the day too)
