: The view, the bath tub, the living room, the kitchen and its facilities.very nicely decorated. Maybe an air-conditioning would be good.
: The lack of flexibility of the host, who said I had to be there on a specific time range, and after that he could not be there to give me the keys. I recommend a different way of delivering the keys, since it can be stressful for guests to attend the hosts demand or be left outside. this was not a good welcoming reception!

: Paulo was very patient with all dates changes due to the ones done by flight company. The appartement is very big and you can find everything you need
: In my opinion pillow could be changed to a more fluffy and firm type. There is no AC and it can be an appreciated luxury for summer in Terceira

: The best thing about this property is location. You are close to everything and you dont need a car to get around the city.
: During our stay it was really hot and there is no AC. There were two fans that helped and the evening were cooler.

: Excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. This is the quieter end of the island - angra do heroismo is the bigger town / city. Lovely terrace to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. The apartment was very well kitted out (dishes, cleaning products etc)
