  : Small inconvenience was that we could not open the window in our room. The staff told us that was due to noise reduction but that there are other rooms where you can open the window, so if you are sensitive to AC's be aware of that.

  : Not enough options to charge the phone in several places, and can't charge direct with USB. The free drinks in the lobby are great but just after asking we knew about it. And the didn't refill it

  : The hotel is very conveniently located right in the center of Prague's Old Town. We enjoyed the wonderful location and the ability to step out of the hotel right onto the central square. It wasn't, however, noisy, and we had a good sleep throughout. We appreciate that despite our early arrival, the room was ready for us as we arrived. The deluxe room was spacious and lovely, with classic furniture and a high ceiling. It seems that the hotel is well-kept and all the amenities in the room were very-well maintained throughout our stay. The air conditioning was spot-on in the hot days we encountered. In addition, although it seems like an old building, there's a nice elevator inside, and that's also a plus compared to many other small hotels. The breakfast was good and everyone could find something to eat. The hotel is a boutique hotel and it feels quiet and calm despite being in the city center. We appreciated the classic decor, big rooms and high ceilings.

  : The room I was in was an attic room. It was very spacious but Windows were on the roof which I did not like. Next time will make sure another room.
