: We booked a classic double room. It was perfect for our needs of a place to stay that was a place to sleep that was close to the center of Prague. Very convenient location and we were offered Czech sparkling wine as a welcome drink.
: The only caution I have is that they use traditional keys, so you need to remember to lock your door when you leave. Additionally, the keys come with a large item dangling, which makes it unconventional to carry with you, so you can leave it at the front desk. The issue with that is that you can just say the room number and they give you your key, but that seems like a huge security issue to me if someone overhears your room number. We stayed for 3 nights and came in and out so frequently. Only once did the front desk staff ask for the name under the room.

: Great location. A walking distance (max 15 min) to most places in the old city. The staff was very helpful. Very big room.
: While the room was big and clean, the hotel design and room feel somewhat old (sofas, carpets etc).

: The staff were great, the location was excellent and grateful for the elevator and aircon on hot summer days. We did not have breakfast as part of our stay but grateful for mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The rooms are very spacious!
: Unfortunately we seemed to have a skin sensitivity reaction to the linens which could be somewhat managed with antihistamines. Nothing the staff could do but good to be aware of if you have super sensitive skin.

: Excellent staff , friend,y and informative. We received an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice . Secure parking in the courtyard for our motorbike and cars. Bar available in the evening for a nightcap. Easy to walk to old town , river, castle and shopping centre. Highly recommend.
