  : The apartment is located very close to the metro station, bus and tram stops which is convenient and easy to get to the city center or other locations. lean and quiet place.

  : My room looked new (recently built or renovated) and had all the standard facilities (fridge, hair drawer, etc) that I would have expected at a more expensive hotel. The lady owner was nice, and allowed me to drop my bag off early in the morning and pick up later at night. Tesco is within 5 min walk, metro stop is 10 mins, bus/tram stop is 5-10 min. Not near the Old Town/Charles Bridge, but about may 40 mins from hotel by tram/bus/metro. Some reviewers complained about loud noise, I think there is an attached restaurant but it was fine for me.
  : Not a complaint, just stating the fact. Early check-in or drop off bag needs to be arranged with owner. Nothing really around the hotel as it is a residential area, but good prices to stay near main attractions.

  : You need to call upfront for parking and opening the gate...but nothing extra bad :) + bad smell on our room (maybe the previous guest)
