  : First room given was very very dated and needed improvements. Staff moved us rooms immediately.

  : The room was spacious, many amenities and the interior is pleasing. Views from the room were spectacular. Location was good if you do not like the hustle of the centre.
  : Extremely limited breakfast selections. Cleaning was delayed or room was not cleaned. Some of the furniture was visibly dirty from the moment of check-in and throughout the stay (mainly the tables and floor). Found a bug in the room twice.

  : Great location, could walk to most things we wanted to visit. We had a lovely room with a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helped us with many different things we needed.
  : Our bath had a large chip in it which had gone rusty and orange. Also the walls were quite thin so we could hear the neighbouring rooms quite loud. We also felt the breakfast was expensive for what was available.

  : It was nice to stay here for the second time. Rooms are still beautifully maintained after refurbishing, bathroom is spotless, cleanliness of the room is immaculate. Lots of focus on sustainability, such as amenities, minimum plastic, informative and fun messages in the bathroom and the rooms about electricity/water saving. Lots of improvement on staff performance, at reception, restaurant and housekeeping. All our requests have been arranged ahead of time, with seamless check in, and extra hour upon departure was much appreciated.
  : Keep in mind, that even it is five star property, there is no concierge service, no luggage assistance, chargeable parking with limited slots, restaurant serves only breakfast, no gym, no pool.

  : The room was very big and cosy with a great river view.
  : There were a few not so yummy things stuck to the wall beside the bed. The breakfast had a very small choice and the juice and coffee are from machines and tasted horrible. 30 Euros for the breakfast is a 5 star price but you only get a 2 star buffet.

  : 24/7 reception as we arrived quite late around midnight for a check-in after an event. View from the window/balcony.
  : The room was not very clean - stains on the floor, couch, shower was not cleaned properly or at all, stickers and dirt on the carpet like it wasn't hoovered at all, huge cobwebs on the balcony - attaching photos.Dirt around the hotel (elevator) as well as they were hosting some big group of pre-teen girls that were running around the reception area and the corridors in their pyjamas well past midnight, super noisy. Felt like a school trip camp and not a fancy hotel stay.The breakfast area is quite small, not the biggest selection, no lactose free / soy milk options available.
