  : When booking, they did not indicate that a deposit of 200 euros was required. pick up the keys elsewhere - 10 minutes walk with things, suitcases ... very noisy day and night. cleaning for 7 days would not have been done if we had not written an SMS to them on the 4th day demanding to clean the apartment. as a result, I had to walk an extra hour from 15 to 16 hours while the apartments were cleaned. To hand over the keys again, I had to drag myself with things for 10 minutes to the office. deposit returned within a week

  : lovely setting and beautifully decorated.
  : the reception is 1km away from the property so you need to make your way through very busy cobbled foot path with luggage and kids - that was poor management not. Except for toilet paper only for 1.5 days though so if you stay longer you have to get your own, nothing else is available such as minimal necessaries.

  : The location of this apartment was wonderful. The fact that it listed the property as Karlova 42 was totally inaccurate and frustrating. Buried in the many, many emails I received was information that we were supposed to pick up the keys ar a reception office over a km away from the apartment. The people at reception were very friendly.
  : The hot water heater was broken. We only stayed one night and did not use hot water in the evening, so did not discover this until we tried to take showers in the morning. I called reception, who sent a technician. He spent considerable time and then we were told to wait an hour (understandable). However, there was still no hot water at all. When I returned keys to the reception office, I told them I expected a partial refund. The receptionist said shed let the manager know and that person would contact me through email. To date (two days later), I have received no communication.

  : Check in at the desk was really quick and only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The location was really central (on a busy and touristy street). On the positive side, you are close to everything, but it is loud at night with drunk tourists and it can be difficult to sleep. It was great for us because we only had 2 days to explore and we could walk everywhere! The apartment was beautiful and just as pictured. We were two couples and it was really spacious and a great deal. However, it was difficult to tell from the photos where the bathroom was, and whether there was a door between the rooms. There IS in fact a sliding door between the living room and bedroom, but you have to go through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom, so it isn't ideal for sharing with couples. Perfect for one couple or a group of friends!
  : Be aware of checking in ahead of your stay: the reception desk sent us a message after booking to let us know that we had the option to check in online ahead of time to save time once we arrived in Prague. I opted not to as I had a busy week prior to the trip, and I had already confirmed our stay and even asked about parking options. The day before the stay I got a message from their front desk saying that they had canceled our booking because I hadn't checked in online, even though the previous messages had made it seem optional. This caused quite a bit of stress as I had to call and email to make sure that the booking wasn't actually canceled. In the end, the reception desk assured us that everything was fine and it worked out, but this was really unprofessional.

  : Great location, beautiful place. Close to everything
  : Not child friendly, a lot of hazardous stuff for a small kid and not easy for using a stroller (2nd floor and big steps). Only one bathroom.
