  : Amazing breakfast with a lot of selections. The staff is very friendly and want to help you. We left our baggage for safe keeping, after our checkout, for more than 4 hours without extra cost. It's 150 meters from the metro station that takes you to Vaclav airport and the city center and 100 meters from Tram stations
  : The ceiling shower headed needed cleaning

  : Loved how clean the room was and the location was perfect, really modern hotel.
  : I booked a triple room with three single beds. When I arrived, there was a double and a single. I specifically booked a room with three single beds and was told that there were only two rooms in the whole hotel with three single beds and they were booked. Not great. The best they could do was move us to the room I booked after the other guests checked out a few days later, which really wasn't good enough. I wasn't told about the switch until I got to the hotel and was told I could move to a room with two singles and a sofa bed, I didn't book this room so shouldn't have been offered it. My friend had to book a separate room when she arrived so she could have her own bed. I think there needs to be better communication between booking.com. and the hotel to make sure this doesn't happen again.

  : The only bad was that the days we stay in ,there was a very annoying noise from the bathroom that never fixed due the Easter season ..

  : The hotel is close to the metro station and great caffs and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was nice.
  : The only issue we have had was that housekeeping has entered the room 2 times we were in it without the announcement.
