  : the location is good . it is very walkable as it is in old town but car cannot reach old town so we have to walk with our luggage in cobble stone road full with tourists.we didnt realize being in old town also mean tourists getting drunk and screaming top of their lungs every night till 2:00 AM every night. we were here for 2 weeks as volunteers for the Ukrainian crisis and we never had a good night sleep. we probably wont stay in old town again. We knew there was no elevator when we made the reservation. we under estimate how old and uneven the stairs were. it made it more difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs.
  : I should know something was not right when I cannot even paid with credit card.when we wire transfer, we were told to transfer $3900 while on booking.com the cost was less than $3700.owner said it was the exchange rate. but booking.com quoted us in USD.when we check in to the unit, we found a big bag of dirty towels in the closet next to the clean towels. it was pretty gross.in the bathroom, there were clean rags mixed in with our bath towels. i can see why they were easily mixed together as they are the same type of towels. they basically use rag as bath towels. when the stains cannot be removed, they use it as rags. there were no hand towels.I was very disappointed about the bed. it is so hard and the bedsheet is so thin, we thought they forgot to put on bedsheet on the mattress.one of the bed frame was loose. it actually fell apart in the middle of the night. when the house keeper come to clean after week 1, they didnt fix it either. they never bother making the bed.they did not fully stocked our toilet papers after week 1 cleaning even I specifically requested it . there were 4 of us but we have less than one roll of toilet paper per person for two weeks. I was told that they were not a hotel and we need to buy it ourselves.TV didnt work . they tried to fix it when we checked in and at the week 1 cleaning.every door squeaked very loudly even after we complained about it. it basically woke up anyone sleeping if any door is open and close in the middle of the night.one of the toilets is in the public hallway. it looked like the t was converted from a tiny janitor closet. it is so gross and inconvenient that even the boys wont use it. please see picture below.dishes and cups were filthy.frying pan is so old, it doesnt even has a handle.one of the couch is so old, there was no cushion inside and you can feel only the spring.couch was filthy with food on it from the previous guest.this unit only hit the bare minimum to be rentable.

  : Next time when you put something on booking.com be sure that all the renovation is completed, you can't rent something that is still like a building site. All the old furnitures and electronic appliances in front of the main entrance, it's abuse. I have some photos but i will not put it online. Hope that next time you will think twice before renting your property when it is in renovation don't think only about money you need to care for the security and the comfort of your guest. Thank you.

  : Lot of noise due to the main road and in the middle of visitors traffic all day and night. Apartment stairs are very dangerous and very u safe with not enough lighting

  : The location could not be beat! And it was spacious for the 6 of us. The kitchen and rooms were well kept, the living area was large enough for nice time together chatting.
  : The stairs were brutal, but nothing too alarming. The one bathroom for entire group was a bit rough, so 2 of our non-relatives booked a different hotel.
