  : The continental quilt on the bed needed to be replaced - the central area lacked stuffing so was lacking warmth.

  : Good location right in the centre. Bars and restaurants close by.
  : Double Room offered was v dark and unwelcoming (unlike the photos!). We upgraded to an apartment which was ok, but there was old wine left in the fridge, a hole in the bed sheet, 2 lamps had blown bulbs, the ashtray on the balcony was full of drowned cigarette ends, the glasses in the bathroom were dirty. All around the rear of the hotel are various large pots and trays full of cigarette ends floating in rainwater, presumably from staff, but all fully visible when you access the rear of the hotel and it looks disgusting. The included breakfast was OK, but what should have been hot food was barely warm, so when you place it on your cold plate it is cold food. The small cartons of butter were a month out of date. In response to the above, we were not charged for the room upgrade, but even with this gesture the hotel is overpriced. All of this is a great shame as the place is nice, it just needs someone to take responsibility for ensuring better standards.

  : Location and the very helpful staff, it has a securish car park and they didnt charge us to park our motorcycles there. It has a lock up garage that you can pre book. It has a restaurant / bar next door as well as an ice cream cafe. Stunning view of beautiful but overly noisy church

  : We liked the location in the middle of Prm and the style of the hotel: feels like a very old, classic building but with all modern amenities. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed some good time in the spa.
  : We were a bit disappointed by the quality of the breakfast: there is a big choice, but we found it not very tasty. I think they go for cheap products, whereas I would appreciate less choice and quality products, especially in a countryside region.Also the woman serving breakfast was the only staff in the hotel that was not very friendly.
