: It is an B&--, meaning without breakfast. Parking is expensive. Separate bathroom. Noisy room (streetside). Use ear plugs.

: Gino is a great host and the location is also good, near downtown Pozzuoli and the boardwalk area, and looking right onto the sea. We would definitely stay here again.
: What you need to know: the booking is not for an apartment but for one of 3 rooms in an apartment. The kitchen and balcony are communal; no living room. Building is not handicap accessible. The name B&B could be misleading- there's no breakfast (good coffee shop not too far away), just a coffee machine.
