  : Place not 100% clean - I have flooded bathroom and kitchen on my first day as shower was blocked and I havent notice until I got out - no access to rubbish dumpster. - kitchen tap is not connected correctly and it moves around - no manual for induction cooking hub.

  : The self check-in was really convenient. I was asigned a beautifully renovated furnished apartment. Bed sheets and towels were provided. The building is well located just 10 minutes away from/to the main train station. There are restaurants and shops nearby. It would seem, at first sight, that this would be a great place to stay...
  : It would seem, at first sight, that this would be a great place to stay...nevertheless, the heating system did not work during my whole stay from 27/9 until 1/10, the apartments administration told me that the whole building has no heating system service on those days. In spite of rainy days and low temperatures I had to stay in that cold apartment for 4 nights, the property owners turned the heat off resulting in uncomfortable conditions. The "modern TV" does not offer neither satellite nor cable service, on my arrival day I checked up the TV settings and I could determine that the antenna, satellite and cable options were out of service. After I emailed the administration to complain again, they reconnected the antenna service on the second stay day ( but no satellite and no cable). It was frustating to watch about 24 tv local channels in Polish language which I dont understand, so for a bit of entertainment this "modern TV" was not helpful at all. There is currently a huge construction area very close to the apartment, they are working day and late night, we were finding it difficult to get any sleep with construction works going on well into the late night. It was almost 11:30 pm (28.Sep) and construction workers still working away even thou darkness- the noise became higher and higher! Last but not least, ---one day before departure--- the property owners cut off the hot water supply during the early morning, through the whole day and until very late in the evening, without previous notice.
