  : The apartment is warm, the building secure, the bed comfortable and the fixtures/fittings good quality.
  : It was impossible to find in the usual way (address, Google maps etc). They send you a video on how to find it, but don't explain that if you haven't visited before you absolutely need to watch it, so we didn't (I suspect most people don't) and then spent 10mins in the freezing cold with bags, two young children, trying find the entrance. A resident helped us said "Everybody staying in the holiday apartments has that problem." When we gave them this feedback and suggested they make it clear the video is really important they weren't interested, they were really dismissive. There are also no side tables, no coffee table and virtually no 'essentials' like shampoo, conditioner, salt, olive oil (just tea bags/sugar and cheap shower gel.)

  : I liked the ease with which we had access to the flat; without the need to meet someone in person. I liked that there were no keys, but codes on both doors of the building. I liked the flat, it was quite spacious and big enough for 5 people. I really liked the bathroom, excellent quality; the shower works incredibly well. The flat was very clean. The owner of the flat was extremely approachable and understanding, given our misunderstanding at check-out time.
  : I didn't like the fact that the internet doesn't work properly or quickly. The TV is not new, it is even quite limited. It was impossible to access Netflix through it, due to the fact that the internet doesn't work properly. I also didn't like that the flat is not well insulated; all the noise from the neighbors was easily heard. Even when they were walking around the house you could hear them. Some of the curtains in the living room, where some of the people slept, are broken and do not cover the daylight properly. The mattresses of the beds are too soft. There was coffee available in the flat and coffee machine, but nothing else. The breakfast bread was not fresh but dry. Parking present in the building was not provided as it was supposed to be and stated in the advertisement. We had to look for a place to park the car and pay for it.

  : Some of the basics for missing No shampoo, we ran out of toilet paper and Were given another street address ( of their office)to walk/drive to get some more It was just easier to go to the store it said parking, but really it was really just finding a spot on the street somewhere and trying figure out payment.

  : The bed have been hard and I finally could sleep 'cause in all previous hotels it was too soft for me. The building is located not far away from the old town and looks new and fine, not everywhere, but the one with red bricks is nice. It's was pity that all central area in old town has been dug. I suppose it will look amazing but in few years. In superior room you will have conditioner and it will save you from noise. I was allowed to leave my luggage in their office while I was waiting for check-in when I asked about it. So you have to ask because they will not suggest you it like in normal hotels (but they will suggest you to pay 40zl per hour if you want to get to your room earlier).
  : We booked two apartments for our company the regular one and superior one (just because there was only one normal (?) room and the difference in price was just a few bucks). I was the first time when we did not get apartments next to each other and lived in two different buildings. The view is not cool. From the building with red bricks (rooms 1-15 or so) it's fine an there was no noise, but from the other one with just regular white walls you will see and hear the factory or something like this. When I called to ask the worker to give as another room cheaper but not this noisy the woman was pissed off very quickly. She told me that this was polish view (lol) and she heard no noise (I closed all the windows before the call to hear her better). She tried almost everything to make me feel like I was the only problem here. I very rare had any issues with the hotels, but when I had everything was fixed or at least hotel staff knew how to speak with upset client. When I asked why this room is called superior and the price is higher she started attacking me that the difference was not big and did not want to answer my question. I asked her three times and she finally told that she simply didn't know what was the difference between rooms and she could not control what room guest would get and she could not give me new room. But I could book the apartment again and get "cat in a bag". I understood that she knew nothing about the place and probably has never been there. Maybe she thought that I did not like regular buildings and regular noise from streets. Who knows. But this company needs behavioral interview before they give anybody the job. Design of rooms looks nice on pictures but the furniture is cheap in reality and partially damaged. Shower in our apartment was broken and it was a little bit dirty. IMHO check-in is too late and check-out is too early. And the most important. You have to fix switch in the kitchen. There were only 3 towels.
