  : Great change from previous hotel. minor comments; need kleenex in main room (only in bathroom). also, Baseboards need to be cleaned! They are, after all, part of the room! The bed, cleanliness and sitting area a Ten!

  : My husband and I are seniors, we were traveling with our two grandchildren . Upon arrival while pushing the cart on the elevator a bag broke containing a bottle of sangria. It broke in the elevator. My 17 year old granddaughter went to get lady at the desk and she also assisted in cleaning up the mess. All the while I was on the 2nd floor balcony looking down toward them. The staff member was very rude to my granddaughter and myself, even spoke to another staff member about up in front of my granddaughter. I told the lady from the front desk that there was wine in the elevator lobby on the 2nd floor as well, and she stopped what she was doing and rudely said to me "well your going to have to clean it up yourself with a towel". The entire time all this was going on, my granddaughter and I were apologizing to her. It was an accident. No one was rude to her at any time. The next morning at breakfast the SAME front desk lady was talking with other guest at Nother table. When they asked her how her day was going she looked at us (my grandchildren were with us), and replied " well it's a lot better that yesterday!" We were embarrassed. We are 79 and 78 years old, we are not partiers, nor rowdy guest. I'm sure we're not the only ones who ever dropped anything in the hotel by accident. Terrible guest relations

  : front doors didnt slide open you had to pry them open with finger tips . stayed 2 days and second night we a front desk lady another man who was programing all the tvs in the hotel . are was done about 8 pm at night . we got a phone call saying they would be up in a few minutes and other odd things . homeless out side of the front doors too. place drove me crazy

  : The location of the hotel was good for us.
  : We found a pair for men's underwear on the desk chair. When taken to the staff, no compensation was offered, I was told they would speak to the housekeeping staff. I also booked the wrong date on Booking.com and although I understand a fee is applicable to cancel the stay, Holiday Inn Express hasn't provided me or Booking.com any feedback as to whether they would accept the cancellation. So ultimately I paid for 2 nights at a hotel that had very few accommodations and dirty underwear in the room.
