  : Staff was unbelievably rude and discriminatory. I had a service animal and was demanded to pay a deposit. Ada law states no deposit is to be paid anywhere for a service animal. When I states the law, the staff decided to tell me to leave the premises.

  : Smokey room passed off as nonsmoking. Special requests not passed between Quality Inn and Rodeway or to us. Dingy and smelly. Never again. Quality Inn next door much better except no elevator and we requested first floor snd got second floor

  : Bed and pillows where a lot hard, toilet was too small and in a bad place for larger individuals. Cable reception on multiple channels was poor.

  : The breakfast was grab and go. No fruit was included. There were no options, everyone got the same thing. There was nothing fresh in the breakfast bag, everything pre-packaged.
  : There were homeless people hanging around on the outside of building, there was a large spill stain outside the room I was assigned, the grounds needed a general cleaning., the bedspread and the room were dingy. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. The air in the room was stale and disgusting, the carpet was soiled.. need I continue?
