  : Breakfast was fine. No issues. Plenty of food.
  : Bathtub drain was plugged. Had to plunge it myself. It then only was partially unclogged. Also, toilet was noisy - moaned and groaned a lot. Staff came to our rescue and provided an upgraded room. That was really nice! However, there were other things to mention: The swimming pool water clarity was a bit milky and hazy. Better filtration or some backwashing needed? Also, the exercise room TV did not work, there were no moist towels to wipe down equipment, the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty, and the water cooler had no bottle or cups. Later, the fire alarm went off a few times due to the staff sanding the walls in a 1st floor utility room. The front desk person mentioned they had no intercom system to notify guests that the alarm was false, and as a result not everyone was made aware. Perhaps consider some training, as this could be an issue if there was a real fire. I talked to some guests, and they asked if I heard the alarms and were wondering what it was about.
