  : Location and parking, homemade wine gifted by the host, nice view of football field and houses on the hill across the parking lot, people playing basketball at night, local neighbours singing on friday evenings. The overall neighbourhood was romantic
  : A bit confusing listing as it includes 2 different accomodation units in one building, so you dont have the idea of what you are really booking. E.g. Terrace turned out not to be a terrace but just a walkway to the side of the building which is shared with the maintainence/house landlord and the other tenants who get the actual terrace with a nice view. The rental unit was clean spotless, but for a longer stay which we booked we did not get appropriate household and hygiene supplies e.g. Only one roll of WC paper, no shampoo or body washing liquid, a washing mahine but no laundry detergent, a kitchenette with the dishwashing liquid but no kitchen towel. There were also no cleaning supplies in the unit e.g. since day 1 our shower started clogging but there was nothing to unclog it with. Perhaps a minor thing, but there was also no CO2 detector (only a fire extinguisher next to a Jesus icon). The wifi was more of a joke, in our part of the house it was working only 10% of the time if we were lucky. The privacy of accommodation was a bit lacking, because we often found our things outdoors (in the walkthrough terrace) moved or placed elsewhere by the host. Otherwise if you are willing to compromise on certain amenities this is an okay place to stay. The host unfortunately does not speak English, but was friendly and showed hospitality by gifting us homemade wine bottle. In front of the building there is a nice big free parking lot where you can leave (and charge) the vehicles.
