  : Pros: - The cleaning service, done every day, exemplary. - The small sandy beach, with shadow from tall pine trees, it was quite picturesque - The pools, the main ones have some shadow, the kids ones are in plain sun - My 4 y daughter loved the dome-slide pool - Loved S'Amarador beach (tip: drive to Cala Mondrago beach, less than 10 mins and then take the walking path to S'Amarador) If you want to drive to S'Amarador directly it will take about 30 mins if you are lucky and don't get stuck by another car coming from opposite direction, as there are some very narrow sections of road that do not fit 2 cars.
  : Cons: - My worst check-in experience. We booked an Apartment that was very nice in the pictures. On check-in we were told that it is far from the main attractions and we were offered to pay for an upgrade to a closer location. We didn't mind the distance as we had a car. When we entered the apartment, we were shocked: nothing like the pictures: you walked in directly in the bedroom, with the bed corner - 60cm to the door, old and moldy furniture, mold smell, plaster coming out of the walls, very dated bathroom, not 4 stars, maybe 2. Got back and the lady said we can upgrade if we want, as that is what we paid for. I got mad. I showed her the pictures of the apartment in our booking and she said that this is Booking.com fault as they put pictures of Family Room and not Apartment (1st lie). We said we want a room like in the pictures, we checked Booking picture's policy and the pictures are sent by the property. Then she was trying to find a room for us as replacement and in the end she said she can change the room the next day, as now she doesn't have rooms (2nd lie - if they didn't have rooms how could she upgrade us few minutes earlier?) We also showed they have available rooms for the night on their website. Then she said yes they have, but not cleaned and they don't have cleaning personnel at that hour (close to midnight) (3rd lie). After that she left home saying she did everything to help us and tomorrow we can talk to the manager and we can get another room. We didn't want to. Meanwhile my daughter fell asleep on the reception sofa. Then we asked another guy where is the closest police section as we want to file a complaint that we were scammed. The guy changed his attitude and he gave us a room. We were all tired but this in unacceptable. There were other guests that paid for upgrades, while we where there. On top of it, it was my birthday :) Instead of a present they gave me a nervous breakdown.

  : Staff work very hard to keep it clean, inside and out. Food very good quality. Good kids facilities
  : Rooms were tired. Beds very uncomfortable. Shower leaked.

  : loved all of the facilities and activities. the pools were amazing and the giant blow up ball in the pool was great. we also loved the paddal courts and soccer pitch. great value for money being all inclusive food and beverage.
  : just a wee bit far from main town and airport but still lovely once you get there.
