  : Under 5 mins walk to Carolina Michaelis metro station, which takes you into the city centre. 10 minutes walk to Casa da Msica concert hall + loads of shops. Very spacious property, well furnished, located in one of the quieter parts of Porto. Has a separate washroom to the main en suite bathroom, which is convenient (especially for a couple or family stay). On-site staff 24/7 for security and guest support.
  : Small kitchen compared to the rest of the apartment. Cooking utensils need upgrading. Both utensils and crockery not cleaned properly. Poor sound insulation, especially for highly sensitive people like myself. You can hear thuds from other guests moving around and dropping things on the floors above. You can also clearly hear people talking / closing doors loudly in the hallway (which has a lot of echo). Not ideal as my bedroom was closest to the front door. Also, the apartment had been cleaned with very strong products which irritated my sinuses for a few days.

  : Very clean and well structured apartment - large rooms, comfortable beds. For breakfast you can easily found some bakeries around or go to urban market Succes Bom Mercado (10 min walking).

  : Great location, helpful stuff, underground parking, apartment was clean and cosy with nice view.
  : The bed was a bit stiff to my liking, but overall this is a great place for a family with all the right facilities. We would definitely come back.

  : Arranged airport pickup for me. A person is always at the front desk to check guests in and answer any questions. Location felt secure and was walking distance to Metro, restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect for me as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds.
  : Kitchen counters could be better lit as there are only 2 overhead ceiling lights. Some under cabinet lights would be ideal. Using outlets for electronic devices either meant unplugging a light, or they would be out of easy reach. The toilet clogged during my stay and it was promptly fixed.
