: It is very centrally located. Just near the train station.The host was helpful and fast in fixing problems
: Heating was not working. But it was fixed later. The first night was very cold and we had to sleep in clothes.The Internet and TV also didn't work. But it was fixed the next day.The oven wasn't working, but it was fixed pretty fast.The apartment is clearly smaller than 30 sq.m.Pictures showing bed and sofa are actually showing the same sofa in the position of bed. If the sofa is in the bed position - there's no other place to sit actually.The sad thing is 100 euro "safety deposit", which was taken from our card and still (after week!!!) Not returned. The booking support keeps saying: it's blocked and it will be unblocked. But the balance on our card shows the opposite: deposit was charged and not returned.So, no money, and no support from booking.Be aware of those "safety deposits" - you might never see it coming back to your account. Not during 7 days they promise according to their rules, not later. So, the true price for the accommodation will be different.I hope booking will make the "deposit is asked" part easier to see and add it to their filters. Now we worry about booking anything again because of the hidden "deposit", which you need to search especially on one of the pages and it's not clearly stated during your booking.

: The apartment was extremely convenient being just across the road from the station and only a short walk from the Ribeira area. On arrival we were met as arranged by Joo who was very helpful in all respects. Ideal for a short break in Porto.

: The apartment is great you have everything you need in it. The people who welcomes you are also very nice and helpful.
: The location of apartment is great, however it has its disadvantages, because of the location there are almost always homeless people in front of entrance. If you want to visit Porto just as tourist and want to sleep at night maybe this is not so good location, but if you want have a night life it is okay.

: The apartment is very confortable, well equipped and perfect for a long romantic weekend. The best is the location, you can't be more centrical.
: The only thing we can point out is the cleanless of the bedsheets. You should definitely change this and put normal white bedlinens.
