: Reception and swimming pool staff were very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was ok, would not say amazing, but good enough. Pool area was good, beach is just in front of the hotel. Bedrooms were good size - we got a room with direct access to the swimming pool and a nice varanda.
: Staff at breakfast room were quite rude and started removing plates without asking for permission, in quite an abrupt way. The beach chairs are reserved just for clients who are full board (an option there was not available to us when we booked) and cost 25 euros for other guests, if there are any available, which I felt was quite expensive and not fair. The hotel location is good but bear in mind that taxis around the island stop working around midnight, so we had to walk back to the hotel both nights.

: Looks new and I loved the Decor and the front beach
: The reception team needed help. They did not prioritise customers. There were LONG QUEUES for check-in and also for check out, more staff is needed there . except from Ms Monica, she did manage everything properly. Also ,because of that A LOT of information was missing and not given to guests Restaurant Grau de Areia eventhough is said is a gourmet restaurant, quality is poor and ver expensive Pool and apartments need maintenance , they look old

: Location was great -right on the beach, however it rained one of the two days we stayed which eliminated any beach or pool activities.
: Breakfast was so-so and staff not very helpful throughout our stay - we had a 45 minute wait for a pickup at the ferry to the property - we were literally the last passengers on the ferry to be picked up. The telephone number listed on Booking.com for the property did not connect to anyone and we had to search the property on the Internet to get an alternative telephone number to ask the property to send a taxi for pick-up. Once we arrived at the property we had an additional 30 minute wait as there was one couple ahead of us at registration and only one registration staff to handle registration. Once a second person arrived to register us, we still had to wait another 30 minutes for our room to be ready, so we went to the pool grill for lunch. How meals at the property worked was not well explained - essentially it was one menu item (all you can eat grilled meats and fish with some sides for 25 euros per person) -- We thought that was overpriced for what we received. The best part of this property was its location - on the beach - but everything else left much to be desired.
