  : The location and the pool was nice, the food was okay. Nice variety of drinks all day.
  : The neighbour hotel is extremely loud until 12 am, so I dont recommend this hotel with small childrens as the windows and the balcony door is very old and not soundproof at all. The reception staff could be more helpful.

  : Food and drinks superb! Very friendly staff. The hotel is close to Sa Coma beach and local community. The pool area is really nice. I would defnetely stay it again.

  : The meals were good and varied. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great - the nearest beach is 5 minutes away (walking) and there is a lot of commerce nearby. Having a swimming pool for small children is very nice when you travel with kids.
  : All the common areas (dining room, lifts, etc.) are too small for the number of guests. Finding a table to have a meal was not easy for us, as we were a family of four with a baby stroller. The bed and pillows were ok, but could be more comfortable. Also, cleaning could be better.

  : Good location, close to two beaches, on the promenade. Nice pool, in shade for most of the afternoon. Friendly staff, especially towards kids. However, the hotel is not recommendable for families with kids, see below.
  : Animation program runs every night till 11 - 11:30pm in the way that it is incredibly noisy in the rooms (that all face the same direction and the stage is just under them all). There is nowhere to hide from it, no chance to have a quiet evening or to go to sleep before it is over. Moreover, it clashes with neighbouring hotel most evenings, you hear music from both together. It feels like compete in who the louder is. That makes the hotel the worst holiday place if you travel with little kids or in general, if you don't want to listen to varied quality performances (or worse, karaoke on Sat nights). Smoking is allowed on the room balconies and windows are of such a poor quality that we could smell the cigarettes from our neighbours even when we had windows closed.
