Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : It was clean, great location, shower was excellent. Most of the furnings were tasteful and there were lots of bath towels. The lighting was very good as basements tend to be dark.
  : The concrete floor is cold and although the heat did help, it was sporatic and very noisy to the point of wearing ear plugs. I brought two blankets and a flannel sheet just in case. When we arrived,the bed didn't have a comforter and the gentleman upstairs suggested I contact the agency. The response was prompt bringing the comforter and a complimentary bottle of wine. The couch was very uncomfortable. Please leave instructions for the fireplace wall heater. The kitchen was not supplied with pans or bowls for any type of cooking. We had to eat out more than I wanted which always increases the cost of the trip. Kitchen lacked hotpads, bathroom lacked face cloths. Please mention stairs in your listing which were difficult for some of us. We could hear the people upstairs and I assume they could hear us although I half expected this through the heat vents. It was only the blowers that kept us tossing and turning.

  : It was lovely and clean with comfortable bed and decent shower. Kitchen was well stocked for a small unit and it was lovely to get in to find coffee and tea and everything needed to enjoy it! Nice touch.
  : The third person was a bit of an afterthought and no mention was made of where to find the linen etc. The upstairs TV and airconditioning pipes is right above the bed and can be rather noisy.
