  : We did sleep for a few hours. Otherwise, the check-in was horrible, almost 2 and a half hours waiting and calling booking.com and Kasa. Other guests had a similar problem. The room was poorly lit, dark. The room was extremely dusty and it caused my asthma to flare up. There was no comfortable seating in the room not even the beds. The beds were soft and hard at the same time, not sure how that was possible. Didn't know the breakfast was on the second floor. Waited an hour before we found out from another guest. Also, that wasn't very appetizing. Dried mini cinnamon rolls, the ones the size of a mandarin and mini blueberry muffins that aren't that bad. The tea was nice, coffee wasn't. A few spoons had rust on them. Wasn't very happy at all. My husband chewed me out for booking such a bad hotel. Overall horrible...oh, and parking is not available so we had to worry about break-ins where we paid to park, because the worker for the overnight parking told us to be aware, it happened twice 2 nights prior. Did I mention while we were waiting to check in there was a homeless man that entered the building that no employee asked to leave? While trying on a jacket a guest had left on the table, I kindly let him know that the jacket was not his, that it belongs to a guest. After a few moments he took it off and well, he had holes in his pants exposing his genitals and my minor niece was sitting right next to the entrance when he came in. I told her to look away because I thought someone was going to tell him to leave, (I guess they were not.) So Overall I guess it could have been worse... I don't know how, but I'm sure that scenario exists.

  : Unhelpful front desk, no cafe, no bar, no restaurant and most importantly no luggage storage. A far cry from the Ace Hotel

  : Creaking noise from upper floors at night, room is quite dark, music in lobby can be overwhelming

  : It is easy to check-in and out.
  : The "private bathroom" offered on some rooms are not private. Other rooms on the floor have access to them. The a/c is also very poor and the room has a horrible musty smell.It is really a hostel at a hotels price.

  : The compulsory registration / check in via virtual assistant. Booking a hotel is not just about a room, is about the service and helpful human interaction. I already booked via the site, don't want to have to repeat the whole process and provide all my data for a second time while I am on holiday, travelling from outside the USA with limited access to WiFi.Was actually surprised to find the hotel does have a reception with helpful and lovely staff. However witnessed they could not assist another customer with the check in, repeating it had to be done via the website. Disappointing. For this reason, I have lowered the over rating as I find the term hotel a bit misleading from this point of view.

  : Unpleasant smell on the 4th floor.No breakfast was left at 8:30am on both days although it is offered until 10am! That’s a no go.

  : The staff is amazing! Everyone in every position is extremely professional, helpful, inviting and friendly. I came in with two little humana under 5 and everyone was super friendly and patient.
  : One of the glass cups in our room was dirty (with lipstick stains) but displayed as clean and ready to use to drink water.
