  : The villa is beautiful and very well kept, neighborhood is quiet and very close to the main amenities and the beach, therefore good location for a relaxing vacation. Staff was always very helpful, however sometimes with a delay since every extra request needed to be checked with the owner first. There is a swimming pool but we barely used it due to the beach being not too far away. The town center and marina takes a longer to get to, but only 20-25 min by foot.
  : One day we had a safari planed early in the morning so the day before we asked for some sandwiches instead of breakfast to take with us, but in the morning the breakfast lady Maria told us to make the sandwiches ourselves - we got late to the safari. The other cook - Bernadette - was great, though breakfast could use some more variety. Wireless connection was basically non-existent in our room, even after rebooting the router several times. There was no drying rack in the room and the balcony was tiny, so drying our clothing or towels was difficult. The cleaning staff would sometimes forget our room, so we had to remind them.

  : Property is in a quiet street away from the tourist strip. Whilst no full time onsite staff, a hostess comes in each day to prepare and cook a substantial breakfast. There can be other guests, however, except at breakfast, you would not know anyone else was around. Property is as its name suggestsa guest house.
  : Wasnt initially provided full introduction to property by usual staff, therefore, wasnt made aware of permitted access to kitchen for tea/coffee making (there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room).

  : The estate is immaculate, luxurious, and an overall beautiful ambience. Theres a pool, an out of tune piano, and a billiards table for entertainment purposes. The street the estate is on is quiet, pleasant, and easy to find and access. Breakfast was great with its presentation and decent array of foods.
  : The location of the property is limiting with the walking distance to and from the beach. We were under the impression that the walk would be 5 minutes but instead turned out to be approximately 25 minutes. We had to take an Uber to and from the beach/downtown. Unless you are in good shape or are disabled, this is not an ideal location. In addition to the lack of accessibility, theres only a bath tub and no standing shower. This property is overall not handicap friendly. There are no accommodations for this. The staff and the owner were not friendly to us. Marias breakfast was great, however, it was very controlled regarding portions. She would ask how the food is and if we needed anything else. If we did ask for something else, she would either deny the request or fulfill it with passive aggressive comments. We werent the only ones there dealing with these comments. We overheard Maria complaining with a woman staying there regarding having nut allergies and Maria told the woman that she should have informed them about her allergy beforehand. Later on after breakfast, the room where you can get coffee and espresso is locked so you are unable to get more as a further means of portion control. This control was foreshadowing as we had returned later one of the nights, we attempted to order pizza at the owners pizza business trying to give her business in good faith only to be received as a nuisance and annoyance. We were hoping to order pizza for delivery. We had to order from a different establishment with how rude we were received. The owner later showed up to turn off lights and to make sure everything was in good order at her property. At the time, we had company (other people staying at the property) in the living room having the pizza we ordered elsewhere with them. The owner made the comment that we clean up after ourselves as if we hadnt paid to be there. She has staff to take care of cleaning.
