  : Nice staff tried to fix things and help out.Staff apologized for inconveniences like faulty door knob, and power outage in our room and bathroom on 2nd level Beds were clean and soft.
  : Budget room lacked pictures in booking.com.Newly painted, and new bunk bed, but had several flaws: noise from hallway/staircase came through old door, missing door knob, and faulty key lock. No stairs to enter upper bed. No closet for clothes. No place to hang anything.Windows can not be locked. New door and window should be installed, so noise can be kept out.Got towels and toilet paper only when asked for it.One bathroom on each floor is renovated, but the rest is very old and needs renovating.Missing toilet paper in all bathrooms all the time.Need knobs or furniture for clothes and stuff when using bathrooms.Noisy hallway/staircase where people were smoking and talking all the time. No room for relaxing, and no kitchen.Seems more like a place for cheap place for long term habitants, than a hostel for backpackers.
