  : Huge room, great balcony, great views, great shower. Very hard to go wrong really with a room that huge.
  : The beds were comfy but too squeaky. I am quite a heavy sleeper and woke myself up with the noise. This was probably just our room. :)

  : When we arrived we were allocated a Two bedroomed Apartment 503 with the bedrooms upstairs and a balcony through a bedroom which was not adequate for our needs. Spoke with Marissa the following day and I asked if there was another two bedroomed which might be free that we could use. She allowed us to look at 310 which was perfect for us and we swiftly moved our stuff and was very happy there for the duration of our stay which was another 10 nights. We also requested a kettle and a toaster and they were delivered swiftly. Marissa was excellent, she printed bus routes which were easy to follow in contrast to the local tourist office which produced two small pieces of paper which were impossible to follow. She was so helpful in every respect.
  : After communicating with the property in advance of our trip to say we would be arriving between 2 pm and 3 pm, Reception was closed when we arrived. Our taxi did his best to get through to the numbers but all phones were ringing inside the office with no one to answer. We decided to have a drink and a snack.About half past three a gentleman was in the office and when I approached him, he produced the key of 503 which was the apartment we were allocated. Otherwise we would not have got in until 4 pm. This, not good enough, after confirming by e-mail to my request that we would be arriving between 2 pm and 3 pm.A negative, I would say!!!!
