  : Elevators need repair. Noisy! The coffee put was unclean so we didn’t use it. The mattress needed to be replaced, it caused by boyfriend to have back pain.

  : Big spacious rooms.
  : The bed in our suite had bed bugs. We took photos and have had this confirmed by an expert. We were moved to an inferior room that night and then moved again to another suite the following day. This was extremely disruptive because we had to move three times in the space of two days. Unfortunately the staff were not very helpful and the communications between staff was awful (one member of staff would make a promise about moving us to another suite and then other members of staff claimed they didn't know anything about this!! Total lack of communication. The hotel itself is quite nice, but this terrible experience has put us off ever staying at another Hilton hotel.

  : We try to always stay at Hilton properties but this one must operate under a different umbrella of Hilton. We always bring a fire stick and no one could help us although Alberto tried very hard. No waters handed out-only to Gold and Platinum members??? Staff were efficient but not overly friendly. No complimentary coffee and the anemic breakfast was almost $16 and it’s no better than the free breakfast offered at other Hilton properties. But lesson learned and we won’t stay here again.
