  : The location of our unit was good. There was a ramp close by that went all the way to the beach which made it easy to bring our gear to the beach. One of the two pools was heated...randomly. Some days it was perfect and then other times it was too cold to get in.
  : The units here are apparently privately owned so I'm sure the furnishing varies for the different units. We were in 495 and it was horrible. Two cracked plastic chairs on our deck with a table that sat higher than the chairs. This was a 3 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 baths for 6 people. We each used one of our beach towels for a bath towel because the 6 that they provided were so thin and old and looked like they were bought at Dollar Tree. Vertical blinds from the 70s...all breaking and falling randomly. Finally got someone to come out and get us replacements. There was no basic supply of toilet paper, paper towels or dish soap. Wallpaper is very old and peeling. Rust all over the front of the refrigerator and very few glasses which did not even match. Pots and pans and TVs are all old and need updating. The remotes had no batteries. The box spring on the bed I slept on was all torn up with no bed skirt (I exercised in the room so it was a very unpleasant sight). Cables were wrapped around the doors and not run through walls or under the carpet. There needs to be a warning about all of the stairs. And this would apply to all of the units. There are three flights...the steepest one is when you enter to get to the living area. Then two more flights to get to the bedrooms. I knew it was a townhouse and would have stairs but not quite like this. Three of us are 65 and up and we had a four year old.
